The auto-delivery program is one of the many The Body Firm membership benefits. It automatically ships your favorite The Body Firm products to your door at the frequency that works best for you. You can also reschedule or customize future shipments at any time. It's a simple way to ensure you get the products you want, when you want them. Our auto-delivery program lets you rest easy knowing you will never run out of your favorite The Body Firm products. You can also easily personalize your kit and get only the products you want when you want them.

How does billing for membership work?

Unless you choose to customize your payment schedule, we split the total cost of your order into 3 easy-to-pay installments, the first of which is billed at the time your order ships and then monthly thereafter. If you’d prefer to pay for each shipment in full, you can contact us using our online Chat feature or call us at 1-800-262-7441 and we’d be happy to update your account preferences.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

All orders are subject to applicable sales tax.

What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?

We make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, but occasionally supply is greater than demand. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you and indicate when you can expect to receive it. We will also notify you if something you have ordered becomes discontinued. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation.

Why does my product have a different name or packaging than what I ordered?

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience, we are in the process of updating product names and packaging. During this transition, you may receive a product labeled differently than expected. Specifically, our Flaw Fix Eye Cream and Body Smoothing Pre-Treatment which have the exact same formula as our newly packaged Eye Repair Treatment and Body Refining Exfoliant, however the packaging may reflect different names.
Rest assured, while the name or look may change, the high-performance formula you love remains completely unchanged. This means you’ll still get the same effective, high-quality results you expect.

Shipping

How often will my kit be shipped?

After you receive your introductory kit, shipments are scheduled approximately every three months. You’re always in control - you can check your upcoming shipment date, adjust your shipping frequency, or customize the products in your kit at any time through your Customer Portal.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only, including U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We’re always exploring new options, so be sure to check back for future international shipping updates.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my products?

Yes! We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You may return your products within 60 days of purchase, even if the bottles are empty, for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I return my products?

Returning your products is easy:

We recommend using the same package your order arrived in, if available

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Place the new shipping label over the upper portion of the original label
    • Please make sure the barcode at the bottom of the original label is not covered, as this helps us process your return quickly
  • If using different packaging, include your full name, shipping address with zip code, phone number and email address inside the package

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a traceable shipping method (such as UPS or USPS) and keeping your receipt.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return at our distribution center, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, minus shipping and handling
  • If an installment payment is scheduled while your return is in transit, it may still process but will be included in your final refund amount
  • Our Customer Care team is unable to provide refund updates until the 10-business day timeframe has passed, as posting times are controlled by financial institutions

How do I return items purchased on TikTok Shop?

Returns for orders placed through TikTok Shop are handled directly within the TikTok app. To start a return, open TikTok and go to Profile > Orders, select the item you’d like to return, and follow the on-screen return instructions.

Need help with a TikTok Shop order?

For any order-related questions or support, please visit Profile > Orders > Customer Support in the TikTok app, or refer to TikTok’s Help Center for additional assistance.

Important to Know

Orders placed through TikTok Shop follow TikTok’s return and refund process, including timelines and status updates. Our Customer Care team is unable to access or modify TikTok Shop orders directly.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to make changes, or cancel any future orders, you can do so through your Customer Portal, or by reaching out to our customer service team via chat or by calling us at 1-800-262-7441

If your order is scheduled to ship in the next business day, you may not be able to make changes or cancel that shipment, but you can return your shipment once it's received. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the containers within 60 days of receipt, and you'll get a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling), even if the containers are empty. Canceled accounts with an unpaid balance will continue to be billed according to your monthly payment plan.
